"Because Renaud's delicacies are so beautiful, they can transform any tea break into a soulful experience. "Here in the U.S. we eat lots, but we don't pay a lot of attention to what we are eating," says Renaud. "Wagashi brings back an appreciation and mindfulness to sharing food. It's about enjoying the art of it, the feel of the season and the beauty of nature. It's about sharing a moment and letting the rest of the world dissolve away." - Oregon Live, 2013
