Bombay Breakfast

Our surprisingly popular Bombay Breakfast is an ideal milk and sugar tea. Malty Assam, spicy ginger, aromatic cardamom, and sensual roses brew up a very rich, tasty, full-nosed brew. Bold and satisfying, Bombay Breakfast is excellent as a morning tea or as a complement to almost any dessert.

Chaz’ Chai

This flavorful and zesty blend is our own recipe – Assam black tea is mixed with hand-roasted spices to provide a delightful twist on an Indian tradition. Try simmering in milk with a touch of honey.

Ginger Chai

We’ve taken our Chaz Chai, a blend of northern Indian Assam black tea and house-roasted spices, and added ginger for an extra kick. Simmer or steep this blend which has a great body with a rice spice and heat. As with any chai, Ginger Chai is a treat with the addition of milk and a touch of sweetener.

Vanilla Chai

This Jasmine Pearl favorite is a decadent dessert blend of organic roasted spices (cinnamon, cardamom, anise, clove and peppercorns) and black tea, complemented with a hint of creamy natural vanilla. The result is a vibrant and sensually awakening brew that is light and spicy. Enjoy with milk and sugar for an even richer and sweeter experience.

Red Chai

Simmered in milk or steeped in water, this caffeine free chai is one of our most popular offerings. Based on our Chaz’ Chai recipe, this version offers the same delicious spice and flavor as its sister tea, but with a base component of rooibos instead of black tea, it yields no caffeine making this brew perfect as an evening dessert tea.

Winter Puerh

Another chai-inspired tea blend, but this time we took our house-roasted spices and blended them with loose leaf ripe puerh (pronounced POO-ar). The zest digs deeper and settles into the earthy notes and beefy taste of our aged puerh tea, creating a subtly sweet spiciness and creamy body in a rich, dark liquor.
