Peach Vanilla Bourbon Cocktail
1.5 oz of Peach Vanilla Simple Syrup (recipe below)
1.5 oz Bourbon
Splash of Soda Water
Serve up or on the rocks. Serve in a highball glass for on the rocks. Garnish with a fresh peach if in season.
To make 10 servings of Peach Vanilla Simple syrup (can be made ahead and keeps for two weeks):
Steep 10 tablespoons of The Jasmine Pearl's Haiku Peach White Tea, using just enough water to cover the leaves. Steep for 5 minutes.
After decanting the tea, add 5 oz of Pearl Soda Company Vanilla Rooibos Tea Syrup.
